Dung Da & Thanh Tri districts in Hanoi, September 1996
Team X arrived in-country on September 1996. The members of the team and Vietnamese built 2 homes for blind NVN veterans in Hanoi, one in Dung Da district and one in Thanh Tri district before the team returned to the US. Photographs of the team’s activities are shown below.
